IBT Controls provided a mixture of lighting, controls and emergency test systems to Seqirus, Liverpool. Proving our ability to provide turnkey solutions to the construction sector.

This Pharmaceutical campus has numerous facilities across the Speke Industrial Estate, which are all controlled and monitored utilising the KNX protocol.

Our systems consists of addressable lighting, achieved via presence detection with constant lighting control, light sensors, AV integration and scene control across all the buildings.

For this project, we also offered complex web-based Head End functionality featuring management and scheduling of DALI Lighting, fault monitoring of DALI controlled lighting, bespoke building visualisation of controlled elements and manual override. In addition to these features, we also provided automated emergency light testing via our bespoke Tridium N4 module.

Due to the nature of it being an active manufacturer facility a phased approach to delivery was implemented to upgrade their systems, as well as adding newly built facilities.
