Brentford Community Stadium, West London, is the new home of Brentford Football Club and London Irish Rugby Club. It has a capacity of 17,250 and is used for both association football and rugby union matches. The new stadium is at the heart of plans to regenerate the surrounding area, including new homes and commercial opportunities.

IBT Controls were approached by NG Bailey to provided an open protocol BMS to the new London based Stadium. To meet the desired criteria we proposed a full Schneider Electric solution for the Automatic Controls and Energy Management.

Based on the Schneider EcoStruxure platform, we delivered a fully integrated BEMS covering the Heating / Cooling, Ventilation, Air conditioning, Domestic water systems and AM&T system.
