Big news from London

We have more exciting news from our Southern operations. Having worked alongside Crown House Technologies and Laing O’Rourke on previous projects we are very pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract by Crown House Technologies to deliver BMS and lighting controls to the Brunel Building development in Paddington, London.

Comprising of 240,000 sq ft of prime offices fronting the Grand Union Canal opposite Paddington station. The Fletcher Priest designed building will be sixteen storeys with an innovative external diagrid structure, which will enable column-free internal areas and will have two large roof terraces on the upper floors.

Integrating KNX lighting and Fan Coil floor controls into Tridium and the Schneider Ecostruxture BMS front end allowed us to really show off our broad skill set of lighting controls, floor controls, integration and plant control strategy.

Well done team!
